Online therapy or Skype™ counselling does not offer quite the same experience of attending face-to-face therapy with all the nuances of the ‘in-the-room’ process and non-verbal communication however, it is ideal for certain situations or circumstances which make attending in person difficult. How does Remote Therapy work?
Remote counselling works pretty much the same way as traditional face-to-face therapy, just over the phone, Skype, facetime or other online communication tools. If you are interested in arranging online skype therapy sessions please get in touch to have an initial discussion about your concerning issues or aims or simply to arrange a suitable time and date. The sessions typically last around 60 minutes and can be arranged as a course or ongoing therapy, or as an occasional session to compliment regular in person meetings. Sessions are payable prior to the meetings.
