Article in the Autumn/Winter 2018 edition of Glamour magazine about one woman's journey of seeking help for anxiety and OCD that has so far mostly been reliant on antidepressant medication - whilst helpful at managing symptoms initially, has not allowed her to address the underlying issues. Also, now she is left with a range of negative symptoms whenever she misses a dose and is physically dependent on them. Dr Sarah Davies comments "It is not adequate treatment.
